Release focus: Minor bugfixes

Changes:
This is the second beta of the upcoming Sitellite 5. Several minor issues were fixed, including a "max key length" issue on MySQL 5 with UTF-8 tables, minor date calculation rounding errors, Safari WYSIWYG editing issues, and several PHP warning messages. This release also improves the loading time of the Xed WYSIWYG editor via CSS sprites, and adds more user interface polish to Xed and to the Sitellite installer.
