About:
Ark Linux is a desktop linux distribution that is aimed primarily at new Linux users. It is intended to be extremely easy to use while still being technically sound.

Release focus: Major feature enhancements

Changes:
All components have been updated (including KDE 3.5.7, OpenOffice.org 2.2.1, glibc 2.6). Everything has been rebuilt with gcc 4.2. Hardware detection has been improved. Many packages have been added.
