Release focus: Major feature enhancements

Changes:
The multiple order feature was improved. Various bugfixes were made. The notification system, the upgrade script, and the submission feature were improved. A new HTML framework was added. The English (USA) translation was updated. Submission and multiple submission features were fixed. The configuration file was improved. HTML meta tags are now customizable. The installation and upgrading scripts were improved. The TODO list was updated. The Italian and English documentation were updated. Automatic redirect is done after single and multiple submission support.

Multi-language support will be added in one of the next
releases. Sorry, you have to wait for a while :-)

Multi-language support (for USA only) is available since the
2.1 development release. For a stable release, you have to
wait for the 2.4 (that will be released soon).
