hariCow is a French content management system that uses XML and XSLT. It allows the user to build Web applications such as a portals and intranetand so on. It contains features from the exPortail CMS, with which it was merged.

Changes:
This is the first release since the merge with exPortail in July 2004. The core and the architecture are now considered stable. The template engine based on XSLT is also stable, and enables PHP templates. I18N for the DB-based module is now fully supported. More than 6000 unit tests have been made. This release adds several modules like Article and Category, and a blog view.
