Section: Unix

Added: Fri, Sep 8th 2000 01:20 UTC (8 years, 1 month ago) Updated: Fri, Aug 18th 2006 17:31 UTC (2 years, 2 months ago)

About:
The replacebell package includes libbell and a couple of sample scripts to use to make a pleasing bell sound. libbell is LD_PRELOAD'd to replace the XBell() function - the upshot being that you can make the default bell sound for X apps be something other than that tired old beep.
